PayPal Help

Sometimes there is trouble with PayPal due to files stored in your Internet Explorer on your computer. If you get a message 3005 or something similar when trying to make a purchase, please try the following:

  • Go to the top of your browser and choose Tools.
  • Then select Internet Options
  • Next click Delete Cookies and Ok
  • Also select Delete Files and Ok

These files are generated when you open websites and are not crucial to the functionality of your computer.
